Pancake Thursday!

Haha! How do you like my new layout? ^___^ Took me quite a while to find the purple header…loved it!

Decided to change it since I can’t really read the words on the previous bluish-black background…sorry about that! >__<

Now, back to the today’s topic, Pancakes!

WARNING: IMAGE HEAVY!

preparing the batter and measuring the amount of milk needed

the main ingredient, flour but we cheated a little and bought the instant pancake mix instead! ^___^”

stirring the batter…

tadaaaa~ the batter is done!

next, we’ll melt the chocolate bar…

like this! stiring…stiring…stiring…

and wash the fruits…

we have bananas and strawberries to go with the pancakes…yum yum!

and in the batter goes into the pan…the normal version

and they’re done! a stack of them! we ended up making 10 pieces of pancakes!!

while waiting for the pancakes to cook, grab a fork, skewer a banana/strawberry and dip it into the chocolate fondue~

the toppings and condiments to go with the pancakes…strawberry, blueberry jams, peanut butter, chocolate, cream, kaya, cinnamon powder, honey butter, strawberries, bananas, honey…phew~ that’s a lot!

ITADAKIMASU~!! *digs in* my self-made VERY BERRY Pancake, blueberry and strawberry jam on each side topped with a strawberry…yum!!
